As a certified Yoga, Spinning, and Zumba Instructor and TRX Qualified, I offer trainings in my suite or in your home. My trainings include personal training, yoga, and meditation. I also facilitate fit camps and work with individuals, businesses, and corporations to provide phone consultations and education regarding nutrition.
Personally knowing the benefits of a holistic approach, not only do I work with individuals to personalize their workouts, I also encourage the incorporation of healthy cognitive processing, self-awareness, mindfulness, and body connection as well as healthy eating for a healthy lifestyle.

Yoga can be a very important part of recovery and healing. Yoga Therapy focuses on health and wellness. It takes into the account of the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of one’s life. With postures and meditation, it grounds and centers the body and the mind by connecting them together while awakening the spirit.

Couple's Yoga & Meditation
I work with couples who seek growth with one another, who learn to connect intimately with one another, and want to find a balance with one another by exploring what each person experiences. This practice is sure to shift energy and focus.
Fit Camps
My fit camps offer a fun community environment and are designed for all fitness levels which include, but are not limited to dynamic stretching, intense interval training, light weights, plyometrics, and pushups and sit ups.
Sessions
Sessions are approximately 45 to 50 minutes and can be provided at my private practice or in your home. I am also contracted through some businesses to teach at their locations.
Depending on your needs, I utilize a holistic approach which focuses on mind (talk therapy), body (health, wellness, massage, and fitness), and soul (mediation, yoga, and spiritual issues).
