My fit camps offer a fun community environment and are designed for all fitness levels which include, but are not limited to dynamic stretching, intense interval training, light weights, plyometrics, and pushups and sit ups.

REIKI THERAPY

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “universal” and Ki which is “vital life force.” So Reiki can be translated to “Universal Life Force Energy.”

Reiki is a Japanese alternative form that promotes healing through stress reduction and relaxation. It is administered by “lying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Reiki Therapy is a wellness approach including body, emotions, feelings, mind, and spirit. It helps to create relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing.

Healing takes place by opening our chakras. The 7 Chakras are the energy centers in our body in which energy flows through. If the energy is blocked, it often leads to illness. Reiki Therapy adds in unblocking energy and allows it to flow freely.

Reiki Therapy is a simple, natural, and safe method of healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been proven to be very effective in individuals. Working in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Vaginal Steaming

Vaginal steaming: Vaginal steaming involves sitting over a steaming pot of water that often contains herbs and the treatment usually last between 20-45 minutes.  The benefits include: boosting fertility, reducing added menstrual symptoms (cramps, bloating, heavy bleeding, exhaustion); promotes healing after childbirth, help prepare for labor at 38 weeks, reduces stress, treat headaches and hemorrhoids, increases energy and reduces exhaustion, regulate and maintain pH balance, has cooling properties for dryness.  It also adds a feeling of  cleansing and refreshing.

I work with couples who seek growth with one another, who learn to connect intimately with one another, and want to find a balance with one another by exploring what each person experiences. This practice is sure to shift energy and focus.

Sessions

 

Sessions are approximately 45 to 50 minutes and can be provided at my private practice or in your home

Depending on your needs, I utilize a holistic approach which focuses on mind (talk therapy), body (health, wellness, massage, and fitness), and soul (mediation, yoga, and spiritual issues).
